February 11 an audio tape was released allegedly from Osama bin Laden, aired by Al Jazeera

May 20, 2003: orange code alert

May  21, 2003: Al-Jazeera television aired an audio tape on May 21 that it said was recorded by Osama bin Laden's top lieutenant, Ayman al-Zawahiri, "urging Muslims to strike at the embassies and other affiliations of the United States, Britain, Australia and Norway."

December 19th: Al-Jazeera  broadcast an audio tape said to be the voice of Ayman al-Zawahiri, Osama bin Laden's deputy.

"We are still chasing the Americans and their allies everywhere, even in their homeland," said the voice on the tape, although its authenticity could not be verified.
